This is because we do not cover the shipping costs for returning your item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Our store only offers refunds for damaged goods or missing parcels.
Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with an attached image(or short video) of the broken or defective product (if applicable) and your order number. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after investigating the issue.
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
